For over 20 years Jim Zhang has been a professional practitioner in the commercial and residential property investment sector,as well as the development and fund management sector.During this time,Jim has had the luxury of gaining valuable experience in Australia and in China working with world-renowned companies such as Lend Lease and Macquarie Bank,mainly dealing in the global property market.He is a founder and currently is the CEO of Huafang Capital,which is one of the pioneers in China's real estate private equity business.
Mr.zhang has achieved the qualifications of a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Shanghai Tongji University and a master's Degree in Real Estate Economics from the University of Western Sydney,Australia.
Jim is not only a pioneer in the practicing of real estate finance in China,but also is a highly respected Property Analyst with the expertise in the China property market.It has clearly been shown by many of his investment and research reports such as his best-selling China Property Investment Strategy Analysis,Real Estate Invertment Fund and its practice in China,and Real Estate Finance and its practice in China Jim is well known for lecturing in seminars to real estate professionals and MBA Students,including Tsinghua University's Real Estate CEO Program,Shimao Group,MCC Real Estate,China National Real Estate Group,Vanke Group,and many others.Mr.Zhang is also known for his written articles that were published in China's newspapers and magazines.
